I met Lisa 5 years ago when we moved into our new place, as we were looking for someone to help with our project. She was very professional and kind, and I liked her straight away. Lisa did a great job and the outcome was perfect, just what we had in mind. Two years later we decided to have a new kitchen, so I got in touch again. She came round, organised everything, and we discussed exactly how we wanted it, choosing everything together. This year we decided to have a small porch built with a loo and wash basin, and I did not even have to think twice about who to hire. I called Lisa after almost 3 years and she was happy to hear from us. She came round the next day, we discussed what we had in mind and asked for her opinions. Lisa organised everything from the planning permissions and builders to choosing the lot, and she worked very hard. She kept us informed day to day so there were no issues or confusion. Our porch is finished and it looks amazing thanks to Lisa. Apparently people slow down when they drive past our place, and a couple even knocked on the door to tell us how beautiful it looks.
